Our store reserves the right to make returns, cancellations, replacements, or refunds for orders outside the conditions established and detailed in this policy.
Cancellations and Refunds.
Mango Quotes Shop does not offer the option for customers to cancel orders, nor does it issue refunds. Similarly, cases where the customer decides they do not want the product after receiving it will not be considered, as Mango Quotes Shop provides sample images of the available product and a size chart to facilitate the correct choice by customers.
We always encourage the public to consider this criterion before completing payment.
Replacements.
Mango Quotes Shop will handle replacement requests if the product/order arrives with defects or damage caused during the shipping process.
If your order takes longer than the estimated time to arrive, it may be due to delays from our suppliers, and we are not responsible. We suggest waiting one to two more days. Once this extra time has passed, if your order is still not delivered, please contact us, and we will resend your order.
Cases accepted by Mango Quotes:
- Error on the part of the Mango Quotes team in the product design.
- Print or fabric defect in the product design.
- Defect in the fabric, structure, or conditions of the product.
- Delivery of the wrong product (design, size, color).
- Delivery of an incomplete order (orders of two or more products where only part of the purchase arrives).
To request assistance with the replacement process:
- Contact our team via email.
- Briefly and clearly describe your case.
- Add photos of the product detailing the defect.
- Attach your purchase details. (Order code)
If Mango Quotes offers a product replacement, the customer will be notified of the possibility that the same product (colors, design, or size) may not be available at the time. Additionally, we inform you that sale items or gift cards are not considered for the replacement or refund criteria established previously.
